It’s the edit that the original director Zack Snyder wanted to make – his vision for the DC Universe which was cut short when he had to leave the film for family reasons, to be replaced by Joss Wheedon.
The critics verdicts are in and in general they love the new version.

There were a few dissenting voices with The New York Times and Little White Lies bemoaning the 4-hour run time, but we’re still excited, so bring it on!
Justice League: The Snyder Cut is released on HBO Max in the US and Sky Cinema and Now TV in the UK on March 18th.
