Orbital Assembly is building a space hotel and aims to have it fully functional by 2027. According to the plan, a wheeled structure would have accommodations for up to 280 guests, with a gourmet restaurant, entertainment center and a gym included. This first space hotel would be called Voyager Station.
The cost to build and deploy Voyager Station will be tens of billions of dollars which probably accounts for the eye-watering price tag of $5 million for a 3 night stay.
