Kermit and the gang are back next month with a new series on Disney+. The trailer for Muppets Now already feels like a hit, especially when Kermit tells us it’s going to be “wild and fun“. Talking frogs should always be taken at face value, right?
Muppets Now is being described as an ‘unscripted’ series and as we know, most things unscripted tend to generate a laugh, being a breeding ground for mishaps and pushing-the-envelope style behaviour.
New Muppets’ character, a suit named Joe from Legal, appears in the trailer, only to tell us that no detail or content is to be proffered at this juncture. But with celebrity faces appearing including Seth Rogan, Ru Paul and Linda Cardellini, and not forgetting the lovable Muppets themselves, we think this is one worth checking out.
