We’re big fans of Keith Haring and his unique graffiti-style art from the 80’s, so we were interested to see an email drop in announcing a new collaboration with Danish music accessories brand, AM Clean Sound.
AM Clean Sound is a company that started right back in 1971 so they have some history too. This is a collaboration that makes sense. AM Clean Sound work in the vinyl market and as such, have links to electronic music. A lesser-known fact is that Keith Haring was an avid clubgoer who always kept his Saturday nights free owing to his love for the Paradise Garage nightclub. Even at the height of his fame, the sought-after artist removed all work-related obstacles to dancing the night away at the legendary New York hotspot where the beats were administered by the iconic resident DJ, Larry Levan.
