Freejak had to pull out the big guns to follow his rework of Darude’s ‘Sandstorm’ and boy has he delivered with a brand new original.
‘Reach Out’ is a huge rave house tune, high in energy and ridiculously danceable. Peak time personified, Freejak has delivered the goods once again in his return to Perfect Havoc.
Released almost a year ago to the day, Freejak’s ‘Sandstorm’ has been on rotation ever since. It’s received continuous live DJ support from AAA DJ’s Tiesto, David Guetta, Axwell and so many more, dropping in festivals and clubs all over the world, with its most recent appearance coming from Gryffin on the main stage at Ultra Music Festival Miami (watch the clip here).
Its still-swelling stats show that not only have the DJs fell in love with it, but clubbers too with a whopping 25million global streams, 41m views on TikTok, and a tasty 14 spins on BBC Radio 1’s Party Anthems.
Freejak’s influence on the music scene isn’t restricted to impressing DJ nobility; he has been turning heads within the record industry too, working closely with a global selection of key major and indie labels at Big Beat/Atlantic, Spinnin/Warner, Columbia/SONY, Champion, FFRR, Warner, BMG, Vicious, Central Station and Armada.
‘Reach Out’ is yet another quality release for Perfect Havoc.
