We love a bit of late-night driven tech house here at GF so we were delighted when this one landed in our inbox.  ‘Deep End’ produced by Nashville, TN artist, Logan Garrett and featuring Skizzy Mars is a punchy club record with phat beats and danceable ‘til the very end. Check it out below.

When asked to describe how the record came to life, Logan Garrett explained:

I’ve been a long time fan of Skizzy Mars and he has constantly been in my most played artists for years. I wanted to create a record that fit my style and that I could play in my club sets, but still capture the emotional vulnerability that is a cornerstone of Skizzy Mars’ music.

I worked on the record for a few weeks then sent Skizzy a DM with the instrumental…  Even in the middle of a nationwide headlining tour and rolling out his new album, he nailed the vision I had. I’m proud to say that we accomplished that and I’m really happy to be sharing this record with the world.

With roots in hip hop, Logan Garrett has consistently been working in management with prolific rapper Starlito and his Grind Hard imprint.

His discography to date includes standouts, ‘Pitted’ featuring Roscoe Dash, a fun and aggressive dubstep record. ‘Got It All’ featuring legendary southern rap artist Rich Boy, which following release three days later, he was on stage with Kygo in the headline support slot.

‘Kelly Rollin’ is another tech house collaboration in Logan’s weaponry with fellow producer Subrinse and featuring Gorilla Zoe, which generated widespread DJ support. In the spring of 2023, he premiered his D’n’B record ‘Aliens Exist’ while supporting KX5 at Billboard’s The Stage at SXSW. A busy guy!

Keep an eye out for Logan Garrett. He holds down multiple DJ residencies in Nashville, TN and can be found regularly touring elsewhere, bringing his signature mix of electronic and hip hop to dancefloors and the DSPs.
