Finnish independent imprint Youth Control Records continues to set a precedent for cutting-edge, electronic dance music with another impressive release. This time, Helsinki native Noana returns with the dissolving dancefloor cut ‘Beyond’. Landing on 15th September, ‘Beyond’ is a kaleidoscope of melodic house and techno and comes hot on the heels of Noana’s captivating ‘Afterlife’ EP in June. Noana had his first release aged just 17 and since then has reached ever higher heights. The drummer grew up with a jazz musician father and is a genuine studio wizard who works as a sound designer, sound editor and composer for TV and film. He always brings a cinematic quality to his work and as one-third of Leu Leu Land, an act signed to Sony Music Sweden and supported by Steve Angello through to Above & Beyond, he has remixed for the legendary Giorgio Moroder through to Britney Spears.
