Hitting us right in the feels with a blast of nostalgia, the Ghostbusters are back!
After the OK (but let’s face it, pretty lame) 2016 Ghostbusters reboot, Jason Reitman, the son of original Ghostbusters director Ivan Reitman, has been drafted in to direct Ghostbusters: Afterlife – a direct sequel to the original movies.
Stepping up to take on the spooks are stars, Finn Wolfhard, Carrie Coon and Paul Rudd, but fans will be excited to hear that original Ghostbusters cast member Bill Murray will return as Dr Peter Venkman, as will both Dan Ackroyd (Dr Ray Stanz) and Ernie Hudson (Winston Zeddemore).
With plenty of other nods to the original movies, (look out for proton packs, Slimer and the Staypuft Marshmallow Man!) this one looks like a must-watch.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife is out in theaters on November 11th.
